Order never received. Tracking never showed any update. Contacted seller with no response.

I am sorry, both for the parcel and for the silence. At the time every US order came from the UK by Royal Mail, and the Christmas post ran weeks late. If this was never put right, email hello@jenjenivive.com with your order number and I will refund it or replace it that day. US orders are now printed in the USA and posted by USPS, so the wait is gone. Jen
