I had some issues getting these books shipped from the UK, but Jen has been great about resolving the issue, and has figured out ways to work around current...logistical issues...between the US and UK (and pretty much anybody else!)

Hey Ken, I am so sorry the books didnt arrive in time! Royal Mail has clearly caused some issues for me, I have now fixed the problem and now ship from the US to the US.
