Hello. I'm Jen, and I write the cheekiest picture books on the internet.

The short version

I'm a UK author working from a small office in Derbyshire, and since 2024 I've written 116 books for adults that look, at first glance, like something you'd read to a five year old. They are not for five year olds. Every title has a perfectly innocent cover, a story that could almost pass as wholesome, and punchlines that have shocked nans, made mums gasp and ruined at least one book club.

The books

Every book is written by me, from the first innuendo to the last. They're short, illustrated, and built to be read aloud, badly, at volume, ideally to someone who wasn't expecting it. Some of them can be personalised with any name, most of them can be signed by me, and one of them was removed by Amazon, which I choose to take as a compliment. That story is here.

Where you might have seen me

Probably on TikTok. My readings and reaction videos have racked up over 190 million views across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, mostly of people watching someone else's face change halfway down page three. If you've just arrived from a video, the As Seen On TikTok page will get you to the right book fast. My books are also on Amazon and Goodreads, but the good stuff (signed copies, personalised editions, the Book Club) only lives here.
