Never Received-Scam?!

Ordered on December 4th, three weeks later still have not received it. Reached out for tracking numbers, was given nothing. The cost is nothing, but the disappointment about a gift never received is embarrassing. Shame on you.

I am sorry, and sorry too that my first reply got your name wrong. Your order left here on 8 December and the Christmas post from the UK to the US ran weeks late. I cannot see a replacement or a refund against it, so it was never put right. Email hello@jenjenivive.com with your order number and I will refund you in full or send another from the US printer. I am sorry. Your books left here on 18 November and post from the UK to Hungary was running two to three weeks that month, with no tracking on the standard service.
