An hour after making my order, I found a better fit for the occasion I wanted to get it as a gift, so I contacted your support team to ask if a switch could be possible. I got assured it is and that a note will be added to the order. A few days later I received an email that the wrong book has been dispatched. I contacted the support team again (by email and chat) for clarification. I got assured again, that the right book has been send.
Unfortunately after these multiple confirmations of your side I still received the wrong book. I have just received it today, only to find out that the change has not been made at all. In the file attached you can see that book in the package is Sarah’s sausage party.
In addition the delivery has been made quite late, as the occasion I initially ordered it as a gift for has passed already.
It’s sad to say that despite your books being a nice and refreshing product, I’m very disappointed of the end result.
